Sara is a retreat chef and yoga teacher with over eight years of experience catering yoga and wellness retreats across the UK and Europe, including Ibiza, Spain, and France.
Inspired by seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, she creates vibrant, nourishing meals that support wellbeing while celebrating the flavours of each place and season. Her background in yoga brings a thoughtful and holistic approach to her cooking, while her speciality in beautifully crafted raw desserts adds a signature touch to her retreat menus.
Sara is currently undertaking foundational studies in herbalism, further deepening her connection to plants and the healing potential of food. Her passion lies in creating memorable dining experiences that leave guests feeling nourished, energised, and connected to nature.

Created by Architectural Artist & Designer Joseph Williams, the Off-Grid Sauna is a unique and powerful sauna nestled in the meadow.
Created only using solar-powered tools and mostly local timber, the off-grid sauna sits softly in a quiet and private landscape. Heated by locally felled wood, whilst cold plunge and shower are fed by an on-site spring. We will have two long sessions to sweat and rest, cool and reflect in theis dark, cosy, introspective space.

For this retreat, our practice will focus on the more subtle, meditations on listening, seeing, smelling, using our senses to more fully inhabit this life rather than escape from it.
The Yoga I share ‘Mystical Yoga’ is rooted in traditional Hatha, and inspired by the seasonal calender - so that as you reconnect to yourself, you can also remember your innate connection to the natural world.
Alongside Hatha Yoga, we will be practicing Yoga Nidra - or the Yoga of sleep. A deep rest practice to restore you to your natural rhythm and awaken creative potential.

This retreat was inspired by a satsang with Prem Baba, in which a question about a restless mind in meditation was answered:
"The collective mind is in despair, you can be taken over by this, without even knowing. If you don’t break this cycle you may fall ill, mad, anxious.
The exit is Nature."
I feel I have been recomposition-ed by nature, and wish for you to feel the same. Welcome home.
